DESCRIPTION:What: Frankfort YMCA Back to School Rally sponsored CCU\n\n	We will be handing out free Backpacks and supplies for Elementary\, Middle and High School Students. We will also have games provided by Scott K. of Fun for all Games and Entertainment\n\n	When: Saturday July 27th 9:30am-12:30pm\n\n	Schedule for the morning:  \n\n	8:30-9:30 Set Up (Tent\, unload backpacks\, put out yard signage etc.)\n\n	9:30-10:30 Registration and Activities (Really activities are open the whole time)\n\n	10:30-12:30 Handout Backpacks from Green Pavilion area/ snacks and swag from CCU Tent\n\n	12:30-1:00 Clean up and take down (Tent\, Signage\, left over bags and Swag)\n\n	Where: Lakeview Park 112 Park Ave Frankfort KY 40601(we will be at the small green pavilion)\n\n	We will need help with the following items:\n\n	Registration table: (2 Volunteers)\n\n	-Sign in sheet\n\n	-Bracelet Distribution\n\n	Backpack Pickup: (3 Volunteers)\n\n	-Distribute Backpacks 3 sections (Elementary\, Middle\, High School)\n\n	Manning 5 Games on site: ( 5 Volunteers I person to man each game)\n\n	1.Giant Soccer Dart Board\n\n	2. Giant Interactive Battleship\n\n	3. Gone Fishing\,\n\n	4. Dr. Suess Flying Whippet\n\n	5. Pond Hopper\n\n	Snack and Swag give away @ CCU Tent (2 Volunteers)\n\n	-Give out Snacks/Waters\n\n	-CCU Swag and Information
