DESCRIPTION:Kentucky State University will be hosting its annual\n\n"Halloween on the Hilltop\," on Saturday\, October 29\, 2016. This event is designed to give the children of Frankfort a fun\, safe way to spend Halloween. Our event\, which will last from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. in KSU's Exum Gymnasium\, will include many Halloween activities like: face painting\, jump houses\, Trick-or-Treat Alley\, games\, a costume contest\, and much more.  Halloween on the Hilltop is an annual event and is a great way to get the KSU community involved with Frankfort.
