Description
Studio Owner Sarah Mitchell will lead an all-levels yoga class while adoptable kittens from L.I.F.E House for Animals frolic the studio with participants.
L.I.F.E House volunteers will be available to answer any questions about the cats. No previous yoga experience necessary. Preregister or questions : lifehousefrankfort@gmail.com
