Diabetes Self Management Class (Initial)
279 King’s Daughters Drive Frankfort, KY 40601
During the initial session, a discussion on diabetes will be held to include a description of a diabetes treatment plan, discuss meal planning and physical activity guidelines, explain medications and tests associated with diabetes, and develop a diabetes behavior goal to assist in blood glucose control.
