Description

The Frankfort Kiwansis and Optimist Clubs are coming together again this year in support of CASA - Court Appointed Special Advocates. The two clubs are hosting a Chili Luncheon with all proceeds going to CASA. CASA Volunteers are appointed by our Family Court Judge, the Honorable Judge Williams. CASA Volunteers investigate cases of abuse and neglect and speak on behalf of the child victims.
