Description
Franklin County composts! Franklin County road department and Solid Waste Management offer a FREE yard waste drop off program for all of Frankfort/Franklin County residents. Utilize this service to dispose of your compostable yard waste.
Accepted Items: Grass Clippings, Leaves, Shrubbery, weeds, and Tree Branches.
Residents must assist with unloading waste. Waste must be unbagged when dropped off. Please- No construction debris, tires, or garbage.
