For a generation of Americans, December 7, 1941, was a pivotal moment, a day that drastically altered the course of many lives as the country responded to the surprise attack on Pearl Harbor. Join us via Zoom* as historian Berry Craig shares the “untold, forgotten or little-known stories” of Kentuckians who experienced this “Day of Infamy.” Craig’s research includes soldiers at Pearl Harbor, civilians on the home front, and the attack’s aftermath in the Bluegrass as Kentuckians sprang into action. Come and join the conversation!
